Letter from Ali, CEO & Co-Founder

Dear Greggz,

Welcome to Collective Health! I couldn’t be more thrilled to have you join the ranks of the curious, smart, and optimistic people who make up the colorful fabric of Collective Health. There is no more exciting time to play a role in the reimagination of healthcare – and I’m honored that you’ve chosen to join us in doing so.

When Collective Health was born almost a decade ago, we found ourselves asking a simple, yet fundamental question: How can we do something about a healthcare system that lets us down? Despite the immeasurable advances made in healthcare, technology and care delivery, the system as a whole has remained difficult to understand and navigate. Instead of shying away from this daunting question, we welcomed it as a challenge and used it as our call-to-action in creating something life-changing.

Collective Health was founded on the belief that better is possible. Here, we believe that our customers should love their health benefits and health insurance plan as much as they love their favorite consumer app or retail product. Our mission has been an integral part of the company since day one, and will continue to guide our company’s ethos, dedication to customers and commitment to achieving a future where accessing and understanding healthcare is intuitive.

While our unified mission grounds us as a team, our values serve as our north star in how we work with one another and fuel a culture that makes people proud.
