Welcome to San Francisco!

Prepare for your first day in the office - check below for what to expect in our San Francisco office.

Getting to the office

  • We are located at 45 Fremont Street, Floor 12. Prior to your first day, you’ll receive an email from Shorenstein Company with a QR code which will allow you access to our floor on your first day, show the QR code to front desk security and they can let you up. If there are any issues, just let them know you are here for Collective Health.

  • Our building is located in San Francisco’s South Financial District and is just a two minute walk from Salesforce Tower & Salesforce Transit Center. This location provides convenient, direct access to BART, MUNI, and all major freeways.

  • There is no parking at our building, but downtown San Francisco has a variety of parking garages all within a short walk. We recommend using the SpotHero app to help you find an affordable nearby garage!

 

Preparing for your first day in the office

We’re excited to have you in office on your first day! Below you’ll find a few things to keep in mind as you prepare for your day.

  • Remember to bring your I-9 acceptable document for in-person verification.

  • We recommend bringing a headset as we’ll be doing some virtual trainings on your first day!

  • Although we don't provide in-office lunches, we have a microwave, refrigerator, and light snacks available for your convenience. There are also plenty of restaurant options in walking distance!

  • While our dress code is generally casual, and we seek to promote an environment where employees can express their personal style and dress comfortably, we do expect a professional and clean appearance in the workplace. This means avoiding clothing that is revealing (for example, bare midriffs, clothing that reveals undergarments, tube tops, etc.), offensive graphics, or unhygienic/dirty clothing items.
